Nein, das Seil erscheint erst, wenn dort eine Tür auf ist und Du einen Schalter drückst..

Unterste Etage, Pool, die beiden Türen, linke Tür, dort must Du einen Block ins Loch schieben, dann geht die Tür dort auf, da findet Du oben auf den Podest die Fackel..
